At Rank Crest, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.


General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, including website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, hosting, and consulting, all payments made to Rank Crest are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Website Development Services

For website development projects:

  • A project begins once the advance payment is received.
  • The initial payment or deposit is non-refundable as it covers planning, consultation, research, UI/UX design, and development resources.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, no refund will be issued for completed work or project milestones.
  • Any remaining unpaid balance for unfinished work will not be charged.

Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Our SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and digital marketing services require significant time and effort.

Therefore:

  • Monthly service fees are non-refundable after work has started.
  • No refunds are provided for completed optimization, campaign setup, reporting, or consulting services.
  • Clients may cancel future monthly services by providing advance written notice before the next billing cycle.

Logo & Graphic Design Services

Once initial design concepts have been created or delivered:

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Design revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

ERP, CRM & Custom Software Development

For custom software projects:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a project is terminated midway, clients will receive all completed work corresponding to the payments already made, where applicable.

Hosting Services

For web hosting services:

  • Hosting fees are generally non-refundable after the hosting account has been activated.
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances because they are processed through third-party registrars.
  • Clients are responsible for renewing hosting and domain services before their expiration dates.

Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • Paid plugins
  • Premium themes
  • Cloud hosting subscriptions
  • Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Third-party software licenses

These purchases are subject to the policies of the respective providers.


Project Delays

If delays occur because the client fails to provide:

  • Required content
  • Images
  • Login credentials
  • Feedback
  • Approvals
  • Other requested materials

Rank Crest shall not be responsible for project delays, and such delays do not qualify for refunds.


Client Cancellation

If the client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Written notice must be provided.
  • Payments for completed work remain non-refundable.
  • Outstanding work will cease immediately upon cancellation.
  • Deliverables already completed may be provided after settlement of any outstanding invoices.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of recurring monthly services by contacting us before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in refunds for services already delivered.


Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Billing errors caused by Rank Crest.
  • Services that cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Rank Crest.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
